Well, the Vegas flu got me. Or maybe it was the North Jersey flu, which also afflicted my kids while I was at the Shoptalk conference last week in Las Vegas. Yep, my wife was overjoyed.

But I’m upright now and ready to deliver what I learned while at the e-commerce show that I first attended 10 years ago in Year 1, and last attended all the way back in 2019.

Big thanks to all of you who said hi, whether in that maze of an expo floor, before or after several of my public interviews or in off-the-record discussions during a couple of fun dinners. (I promise those secrets will stay safe with me.)
